If you are new to country music you may not know that Thomas Wade, with his band Wayward behind him was one of the original Canadian country originals...With smash hits like "Zero to Sixty", "She's getting Serious" and the number one CMT classic " Lyin' here with you" he tore up stages and airwaves across this land with 13 charting singles and 12 CMT videos, garnering 7 CCMA awards, virtually sweeping the independent awards in the late nineties with a rocking sound that heralded the likes of Keith Urban and Big and Rich...After three top charting albums Thomas was dealt a blow with a rare neurological disorder that threatened to end his career; instead he chose to lay low, focusing on writing and producing and eventually landing a song with the great Canadian songstress Celine Dion. Anyone who has heard Colin Amey sing would have to admit, you would be hard pressed to find his equal on the club circuit these days, or any other...with a voice that exudes the epitome of Rock and country, from Bon Jovi to Steve Wariner he has wowed the crowds, and has his own string of radio hits culminating in a CCMA nomination for independent male vocalist.
