Swingabilly Slim and the Slim-Tones is the answer to all of your musical questions. We play an intriguing blend of swingabilly music that combines the best traits of the sophisticated jump swing of the 1930s and 1940s and the energetic rockabilly rhythyms of the late 1950s and early 1960s, as well as the plentiful au courant throwbacks to those magnificent eras. The mix appeals to a broad swath of listeners, from twenty-something hipsters looking for something new (yet old) to groove to while sipping a locally sourced vegan espresso or a lukewarm PBR and tapping their Doc Martens to the latest beat, all the way to splendiforous seniors rocking their way into their golden years while tapping their Dr. Scholls to the swinging sounds of yesteryear. And everything in between. We are all things to all people... as long as your thing is swing!
