SWITCHBLADE GLORY

Switchblade Glory, founded [2011] by guitar player/songwriter Steve Polin, started out as an amazing project but quickly turned into something much more! This powerful and dynamic hard rock band features internationally acclaimed singer/songwriter Lukas Rossi [Rockstar Supernova, Lukas Rossi/Starsdown] legendary drummer Kenny Aronoff [John Mellencamp, Smashing Pumkins, Chickenfoot, John Fogerty...] and power driving Greg Mauro on Bass. The bands Debut 2011 release, SWITCHBLADE GLORY, was produced by Gary Hoey and Steve Polin, mixed/engineered by Andy Johns [Led Zeppelin, Stones, Van Halen, Godsmack] and mastered by Dave Donnelley [Chicago, Aerosmith...]. Although they have an amazing cast of characters; SBG is a new indie band that is doing it on their own! They have a fierce hard rock energy both live and on the record that is undeniable from the first note. Their debut delivers big riffs and drums throughout and powerful melodic vocals that will surely infect you.
The band was recently up for consideration in the 2012 Grammy Music Awards with their song "The Flood" for Best Rock Performance and recently won "Best Metal Band" in the 2012 Artist in Music Independent Music Awards...
