Syllian Rayle

Born out of frustration and Ross's medication and then frozen and molded into one seriously engineered grunge/metal outfit, Syllian Rayle are a product of 3 long years of being caged into a rehearsal room. The members (Moe, Ross, Rob and Ange) all wrote and recorded with various bands around Dublin and Leinster but decided to abandon all ties and create something they had all envisaged yet had never found. Throw in lashings of self-mockery, chunky riffs and intrinsic tightness and you are getting close to Syllian Rayle.
A few demos and videos have been recorded and Syllian Rayle have begun to immerse themselves into the live scene in Ireland and into your living room. Numerous fans have requested un-orthodox shed parties after seeing the guys play in Temple Bar Music Center, Doran's, The Hub, The Palace, Fibbers, The Vaults and The Voodoo Lounge. Insane requests have been made of the lads but they have yet to turn down an invite, playing no matter what amount of square metres are offered. Their live show is something to savour, with crowd participation a must and energy thriving through the amps.
Lashings of the energy that Thin Lizzy exuded back in the 70's emerge with the sound of Alice In Chains, Smashing Pumpkins and Deftones thumping into your eardrums. Even the indie kids can't help but jump straight into the Syllian Rayle arena. 2007 is the year of momentum for Syllian Rayle, a new sound that will generate a no holds assault on Irelands live scene.
