Bio

Back in 1989 Curtis was looking for a band. Armed with a set of original demos, Curtis placed an ad in Seattle’s Rocket magazine. Ruppi responded, and brought along original bassist Martin Sutlovich. A band was formed.
The guys rehearsed around town, played a few gigs while concentrating on making demos. A year and 15 gigs later, they found themselves recording their first CD with Conrad Uno at Egg Studios.
Recorded at Egg and mixed at Lawson Studios, “Three Color Sun” was released in January 2002. An eclectic mix of rock, pop, and psychedelic, Three Color Sun garnered radio play across the nation.
Curtis recalls the story, “We were touring through Colorado, visiting a radio station and I was looking at their chart list, I knew they were playing us, so I started at the bottom and started searching up. When I got to the top ten I thought – Oh they aren’t playing us. I was shocked when I saw “Changes” at number one!”
The band played several regional and US tours and picked up a new bass player too – Cary Kindberg.
Cary remembers, “Touring was great for us. We always seemed to meet very caring fans. It was fun opening for Robin Trower, especially in Vegas where the backstage was outdoors and it was 105 degrees before we went on!”
Well as life goes, Symon Asher departed ways from their record label and later circumstances forced one member move away. The guys took a break.
Fast-forward to 2002 and the boys meet for a beer. Everyone is missing the volume, music, energy, and they decide to get together to have fun and play rock music.
So here they are – playing music in 2004. New songs, old songs, rockin hard, and lovin it.
“The sun and the moon will light our way – even though we’re lost everyday.”
