The band was born from a love of The Police's music , coming together in 2004 for a charity concert at the prestigious Odeon Auditorium in Saskatoon, sk. Their epic show captivated the audience and was the highlight band of the whole Charity concert.
Band leader, Josh Palmer was struck by the timeless power that the mighty trio had. Together with Romanian Multi-instrumentalist, Silviu Moldovan, and Conagleese Percusionist, Christian Kongawi, Synchronicity's bond became stronger and stronger and their live show became even more enjoyable as they toured the western circuit. The Police and their cutting edge sound have been a constant inspiration since i was a child. I've been blessed to have a voice with a comparable range to Stings and have been compared to him many times over my life.
In 2005 The band went on an indefinite hiatus so they could activly persue their original music with their band, The Rebellion.
Then in 2007 The Police Reunited. Sting, Stewar, and Andy. A very excited Josh Palmer and Silviu Moldovan jumped at the chance to see them and found tickets to their show at Commonwealth Stadium in Edmonton Alberta. The band mates we're blown away with the chance to see their childhood heroes in action! And the concert was mesmorizing. So much so they decided that it was time to unleash Synchronicity once again and play the music that inspired them as musicians.
They reformed Synchronicity and now are very happy to play the music of their heroes that inspired them to be the musicians they are today.
Synchronicity is a tribute to The Police like no other! Completely capturing the youthful energy of Stewart, Andy and Sting, like they were back in 1983! Combined with a top notch musicianship and super engergic live show, Synchronicity is sure pleasure every Police fan!
