SZMOVY is a 20 year-old multi-genre recording artist & audio engineer based out of Salt Lake City, Utah.
Originally being born in the Democratic Republic of Congo, his sound brings a versatile style ranging from smooth rhymes of R&B, Pop to aggressive Rap vocals over any instrumental range. As a listener you can expect Afrobeat, Hip-Hop, Alternative Rock anything your heart could dream of from one sole artist.
SZMOVY started engineering his own sound at the age of 17 by turning his own closet into a home studio. Once his music began to gain traction, he found himself taking his gift/craft a little more serious. Within only a couple of years, his music was quickly heard playing in the rotation of several different radio stations around the US & local clubs within Utah.
SZMOVY’s vision is to implement & let his listeners know that you are all unique. Stop being afraid to embrace who you are! Always keep in your mind that, “ There is NO ONE like YOU in this entire UNIVERSE, know yourself & please LOVE yourself”.
Most of his recent work has been recorded, mixed, and mastered in Salt Lake City Utah, Los Angeles, California & Atlanta, Georgia.
