It's a rare CD which comes along that is this good. I hadn't heard of the band before but when I popped in the CD I was blown right out of the water!
It's kind of like a rootsy sound, acoustic, bluesy, but upbeat and just a little too danceable for folk. It reminded me of Mr. Airplane Man meets Jacob Dylan meets Robert Earle Keene Jr. - Kier Byrnes

Bio
I've played in many bands in the New England Area in various styles from blues to rock to country. I'm Influenced heavily by Blues (Leadbelly, Buddy Guy), Country (Jimmie Rodgers, Johnny Cash) and others like Jimi Hendrix, Nick Cave, Violent Femmes and P.J. Harvey. I've performed among Rock, Country, Blues and Hardcore bands as well as solo acoustic performers. I seek out situations which are away from the norm for solo performers and just put over 'my thing" in the most intense way possible.
