Tangerine Space Odyssey formed around the holiday seasons between 04/05. We started out doing completly improved jams, playing to artists that would paint to us, (Live Art Synergy). We did not have a bass player at the time so we would have friends set in, or a friend of a friend. This natrually lead to having big open improv jam sessions. The energy at these Live Art Synergy shows were awsome. It was something new for Tacoma, and it felt and still feels really good to do these kind of shows. Shortly after June of 04 for we a landed a talented young bass player, Jason Stiles. With a solid bass player in line we decided to start compiling material that we all had lying around, and put it to good use. Therefore after we have been constructing songs that have rooted from those jam sessions, and continue to create and shape new songs. Some local acts that we have happly shared the stage with include,
Vicci Martinez -(Tacoma)
Danny Godinez-(Seattle Area)
James Whitom and the Downtown Apostals-(Tacoma/ surrounding area)
The Panda Conspiracy -(Seattle area)
