Bio
Tapestry was formed in the great city of Atlanta in 2002. From its genesis, Tapestry has sought after a certain sound that would set itself apart from the Atlanta rock scene. The founding members, Leon Harrison and Gil Ball, where members of another Atlanta hard rock outfit in the early 90's, and the sound that developed between Gil and Leon helped build the more modern sound Tapestry has today. Building many of thier songs on its intense rhythmic structure, the band built up a complex "Tapestry" of sonic aggresiveness and high-energy melodies. The band's influences include: Led Zeppelin, Queen, Living Colour, Deftones, Helmet, Incubus, King's X, U2, Tool, etc....
