Tasty Shake and the Downstairs Mixup

Tasty Shake and the Downstairs Mixup has 5 members all of which are seasoned professional musicians. They do a wide variety of rock and pop tunes that is sure to captivate almost any crowd. They play classic rock tunes from the Beatles, Rolling Stones, Tom Petty and others, up to newer rock and indie pop rock tunes by Modest Mouse, The Killers, Grace Potter, The Weeks and others. They're a tight band that is a lot of fun to dance and sing along with. Hailing from Valdosta Georgia, Tasty Shake has been playing the local scene for two years now. They have their finger on the pulse of the bar scene and do really well in most venues that they play. They pride themselves on not only drawing a crowd but being able to keep them there as well. Tasty Shake does take requests for gigs, so with enough lead time, they will learn and perform songs at the request of the client or booking agent (within reason of course). Tasty Shake pride themselves on performing a well rehearsed, fun and professional show. They are always respectful and courteous to everyone involved.
