Celts accidently born in Brazil, kilt users, piracy and navigation addicts and long lost Highland castles lovers. Makers of heavy medieval and celtic influenced folk music filled with stories...Born in 2012, the band is formed by:
Mariana Roque (Vocals, Celtic Harp and Percussions)
Rafael Salobreña (Bodhran, Alfaia and Derbak)
Romulo Salobreña (Viola, Violin and Hurdy gurdy)
João Gabriel (Mandolin, Banjo, Uilleann Pipes and Flutes)
Gustavo Fofão (Acoustic Guitar)

A Banda Taverna é uma banda mineira composta por Mariana Roque (Vocais, Harpa Celta e Percussão), Gustavo Fofão (Violão), Rômulo Salobreña (Viola, Violino e Viela de Roda), Rafael Salobreña (Bodhran, Alfaia e Derbak) e João Gabriel (Bandolin, Banjo , Flautas, Gaita de Fole).
Formada em 2012, a banda transporta o público no tempo e traz para a realidade o universo fan fiction épico de filmes, séries e jogos. Em suas composições existe forte influência da música folk celta e medieval europeia, trazendo consigo as temáticas de navegação, batalhas, castelos perdidos nas Highlands, contos mitológicos irlandeses e romances impossíveis da Idade das Trevas.
