The new face of the DMV (DC, Maryland and Virginia), Tay brings a unique style of music. A multi-genre artist with reserves in both Hip Hop and GoGo, he has much experience as a local entertainer. Among his many performances, Tay has performed at Bowie State University, Howard University, Love Nightclub, Ibiza Nightclub, Stadium, FUR Nightclub, The Red Lounge, and a host of other venues throughout the DC metropolitan area. TAY was recently interviewed by Da Vibe, CNN, and WHO?MAGTV, and his video is currently on The Source Magazine website. Tay’s current project, 2Day2Morrow, is a mix-tape to motivate others throughout the world to ambitiously pursue their goals. Through his music, Tay expresses the stumbling blocks and pitfalls he has experienced living in the inner city and his perseverance and determination to overcome them. “Going Green” is a phrase used by Tay to express his vision which is to change his financial status from poverty into wealthy. Although music is his first passion, Tay is inspired by legends such as Jay Z, Russell Simmons, Reid Hoffman, Bird Man, and others, and is currently pursuing other business ventures. Tay made his acting debut by securing a much coveted, minor role in the movie Step Up 2. Furthermore, Tay is in the process of negotiating a game show he created called, IQ to a major television station. With plans to follow in the footsteps of those who have paved the way before him, Tay is determined to leave his own set of foot prints. By creating his own business, PG1stEnterprise, creating his own Game show, IQ, and controlling his own music, Tay is hoping to achieve more than he can even imagine.
