Fight Song

Written By: Taylor Begert

©2007 Taylor Begert

I know we’re tied to what comes next
Break the chains to the meaningless
The Tv in the background’s on
Stories of how the world’s gone wrong

They’re talking about a disease
While ignoring the remedy
And how to bridge the gap between
Our dreams and realities

(Pre-Chorus)
We’re sick we’re sick we’re sick of this
Condition plaguing the world
Will this war respond to our guns
When the ammunition is love

(Chorus)
Can this be our fight song?
We have said goodbye
To this ignorance
That covered our eyes

The clock strikes 1, we all stand up
Ambition locks our knees so fast
It knocks our chairs down to the floor
As this army will not ignore

All the things we’re dreaming to change
Come on lets be the remedy
Then we’ll bridge the gaps between
Our dreams and realities

(Bridge)
When we stand as one
We could be unstoppable

Hunter's Song

Written By: Taylor Begert

We don’t know
Why this chapter closed
We can’t understand
Why you weren’t healed

Now you’re dancing
Now you’re singing

(Chorus)
Running past all before you into open arms
Beyond what you ever knew
Running past all before you into open arms
Accepting grace
Beyond anything you ever knew

It’s not over
Your story’s not over
A legacy eternal
But so young

Now you’re dancing
Now you’re singing

No more deceptions
No more pain
Nothing, Nothing
Nothing holding you down

(Final Chorus)
Running past all before you into open arms
Beyond what you ever knew
Running past all before you into open arms
Accepting grace
Beyond forever

Running past all before you into open arms
Beyond what you ever knew
Running past all before you into open arms
Accepting grace
Beyond anything you ever knew

I'm Not Going Anywhere

Written By: Taylor Begert, Ran Jackson

I met a girl
and she don't believe in love
She said it's all a bunch of fiction
just fooling you at best
thinks her heart's made to beat
and beat until it breaks
so why waste your time
if love's a mistake?

Oooo
Baby hold, hold on, I know that you're scared
Oooo
Baby hold, hold on, I'm not going anywhere

She said she stopped believing
when her dad walked out the door
and crushed her whole world
he used to say he loves her
but love is more than words
beautiful like fireworks
but fire always burns
