If you don't think you like hip-hop or funky reggae - hold on a minute because Birmingham Band The Deep End might just change your mind. Their infectious beats and fresh rhymes speak of social consciousness and world issues. The Deep End is a new band - formed this year - but it features lots of veterans.

Bio
The Deep End is a new phase of the Jive Mob.. The band continues to spread the Mob's message of social consciousness and world issues through the rhymes and rhythms of hip-hop, reggae, funk, rock, and soul.
Currently recording at Instant Karma Entertainment's studio in Birmingham, T.D.E. introduces new talent to the sonic spectrum, while maintaining the Jive Mob "sound" with veteran members at the core.
Intending to give the Jive Mob fan base what they've been waiting for, The Deep End opened for Atlanta-based Rap/Rock hit-makers "Rehab" in January, and have since head-lined Birmingham's WorkPlay Theater.
The band is steam rolling towards its debut release, entitled "Machine Rolls On". The self-produced LP, due out this summer, brings together T.D.E.'s impressive new material with a few 'Mob era tunes, thus culminating over ten years of hard work in developing a signature sound.
There's no band on the circuit quite like The Deep End.. So get ready, because T.D.E. is jumpin' in -- with no life guard on duty, baby!
