What is Té D’ Viaje?
Té D’ Viaje is a story and, like all stories, it has a beginning and a development. But TDV’s story doesn’t have an end. There are blank pages waiting to be filled by Pablo, Giovanny, María, Juanky and Gaby: a sweet melody that emerges from a gathering with destiny.
After being frustrated of losing a great opportunity with a band, Juanky and Pablo decide to look for new musicians and that’s where they find Giovanni who was an old friend from middle school. Giovanni had some projects with Gaby who also had a band that broke up after being underestimated by his old colleagues. Three weeks later, after an ad in an electronica music forum, the last piece of the puzzle appeared. María had this extraordinary style, which made of Té D’ Viaje a unique band with a unique style.
The band name, Té D’ Viaje, comes from a series of ideas, hours of discussion, cultural inspirations, which emanate an air of cultural diffusion. Relaxing, mysterious, and ambiguous is the name that complements the music orientation, which makes us a group and a musical soul.
After a series of short events, TDV has been reflected in the public’s reactions. But the public is looking for more, and that’s the thing waking an air of creating more music, desires of progress and wanting to show our “viaje” to the rest of the world.
