Teenaged Witches is a bubblegrunge/pop punkesque all female post-grunge band founded in 2018-- inspired by bands and artists such as Juliana Hatfield, Hole, Babes in Toyland, The Pandoras, and Veruca Salt. Musical themes include topics surrounding feminism and girlhood; such as vanity, celebrity culture, feelings of inadequacy, internalized misogyny, mean girls, and physical/sexual abuse. Vocally, I--(Jessica Shannon;904-525-4110) draw from more radio friendly artists--like madonna, britney spears, cindy lauper and many artists from the 2000s bubblegum pop era. I welcome lyrical and compositional contributions from others. Now seeking members.
