"More good stuff from M...."

Well done M, May 27, 2004
Reviewer: KENNEDY (uk) - See all my reviews

YOU'D Be lucky if anyone from the Royal college of music could handle 8 seconds without wobliing or pegging out half way through ==== more good stuff from the M
- From famed Opera Tenor Michael Kennedy

"You are all missing the point"

I think that many are misunderstanding the maestro. He is a very funny man. He knows enough about music to get by and his comedic timing is masterful. I don't find his singing painful, I find it side-splitting. He needs a record contract, this guy has the talent at least as good as the great comdedic minds of the last 50 years.

Maestro keep up the good work

"RE: From Michael Kennedy, take 2"

I am afraid that I do not agree with into the woods at all on his {or her!} comments and does not justify what is meant by his reference to pitch. What maestro Miller does here he hit's a sustained high B natural at the end probably making history in the production of home recording as a whole.
I wonder what the greats would sound like if they used inferior recording equipment but they do not because they probably would not sound so special.
Remember the records of the great Gigli missing out rows of consonants to get the note but he still does the job ect I think to do what he has done ___ Maestro Miller has achieved something great!
The professional music industry is just full of no hopers can't doers that are just jealous and will just block ordinary people at every opportunity. That's the worst sort of BLACKLISTING!
So we get bad reviews; who cares! They used to laugh at Caruso and he could not get work as a singer and he never got Celeste aida quite right on record but you can still here the greatness in his voice. I can't stand people who have never heard a live opera and sit at home listening to high production recordings and make judgements on things they know nothing about.
One thing I have alway's found strange about the human singing voice is that you can always here if consonants are present or not, they are just as loud as the actual voice. They talk of voices being powerful yet you would think that you would loose all those consonants in all that wonderful big sound, but you don't. I think there are more people who can sing that they say exist and with a bit of training they would all realize great potentials. What one man can do another can do. However, you either like the voice with regards to musicality and all other musical elements or not it would seem to be as simple as that, I can understand that it then becomes a simple matter of taste!
- Maestro Kennedy

"Is this another Enrico Caruso?,"

This is like an american version of caruso when his voice had matured to perfection and the note at the end is sheer mind blowing. If someone asks me who is the best Tenor in the world today ? then I will say WHEN DID MAESTRO MILLER SING BASE? - Kennedy

"Masterful! Tear jerking voice"

This is sung with alot of feeling in the usual miller style and captures the song in a way or indeed sung by the old style bell cantos and his voice here is as clean as a bell with great resonance and beauty.
