Picture a cross between Bette Midler and Bonnie Raitt musically, and toss in the most side-splitting patter imaginable, and you have Ms. Tudury…this musical comedian is totally engrossing. Make a star out of this woman, willya?” --Johnny Angel, LA Weekly

Biography

A San Francisco native, Teresa Tudury started writing songs at age 12 and was performing in local nightclubs by the time she was 15. Throughout her career she has recorded or performed with the likes of Lyle Lovett, Taj Mahal, Leonard Cohen, Rickie Lee Jones, Bonnie Bramlett, among many others.

With a deep, sultry voice that magnetizes audiences, and a scathing comedic wit to match, Teresa is a consummate performer who pours out her original songs with power, verve, passion, and a disarming humor. Her vocal stylings are perfectly complemented by her bluesy guitar playing.

In addition to her career as a musician and performer, she has been seen on stage, and in film and TV. A stint as a cast member of Beach Blanket Babylon was one step on the road to the world of television - including appearances on "3rd Rock from the Sun".

Now residing in Sonoma County, Teresa continues to perform and write new material, and is working on her third CD. Teresa is a gifted artist in her prime, and we are fortunate to have her around.

Discography

Self Titled CD, "Teresa Tudury" and "River of Life". A new CD is in the works.

Set List

Teresa is very adaptable - She can play concert sets and she can design a set, usually all original, to fit the needs of the performance. Her spontaneous comedic insights are as much of the performance as is the music.
