Bio
Originally out of Columbus, Georgia, and currently hailing from Atlanta, Terone is a progressive Hip Hop artist, spoken word poet and writer whose style is best-described as "the merging of southern soul and lyrical finesse." Since 2001, he has applied his creative approach to all aspects of art, music, graphic, and video production. Life's experiences, social issues and interactions fuel the texture of his creations.
Driven by keynote performances at benefit concerts and charitable, fundraising events, he has performed and featured at many venues & events in Atlanta (GA), Columbus (GA), Augusta (GA), and across the Southeast U.S. in Florida, Tennessee, and South Carolina.
Alongside Kaleal Crooks, Terone is one half of the Hip Hop duo ILLegitimate Voices. He is also one of the founding members of I(Narrate)5, a fusion of poetry and theatrical performance.
Terone can currently be found often sharing his music and poetry at various venues in Atlanta and surrounding areas, hosting the House of Rhymez TV show and supporting other artists and community activists in their ventures.
