Bio
Terracotta Palace are a three-piece band hailing from Adelaide. The boys are committed to exploit their instruments in particular ways to emphasize riffs and melodies with strong rhythmic drive while producing chord progressions that stir all sorts of emotion. While they’ve only been writing music together for a short time, there’s an obvious bond between the three that is reflected in their tunes thanks to a mixture of hard work and improvisation.
With influences ranging from The Mess Hall and The Strokes to LCD Soundsystem and The Rolling Stones, Terracotta Palace's sound is a blend of old and new, incorporating everything from delicate guitar melodies to the roaring sound of the piano, and much, much more.
After sharing the stage with local favourites such as Lyla, Smells Like September, The Bakers Digest and The Aves, as well as headlining their own shows at some of Adelaide's favourite live music venues, such as Rocket Bar and Ed Castle, Terracotta Palace are becoming regulars on some of Adelaide's major gig nights with their impressive live performances.
