Lyrics

Frozen Solid

Written By: Terri Lee

FROZEN SOLID

1.One more tear is falling
Like autumn leaves of red and gold
A winter breeze sends chills through my veins
And I am feeling very cold

(Chorus)
But I can’t feel the pain
And I can’t feel the shame
My heart’s frozen solid
And only a warm hand can heal me

2.One more word is spoken
By lips too smooth to speak the truth
One more promise sure to be broken
Soon it will strip away my youth

(Chorus)
But I can’t feel the pain
And I can’t feel the shame
My heart’s frozen solid
And only a warm hand can heal me

(Bridge)
Can I bear this season
Until spring is in the air
Can there be a reason
I can’t find a man to care

3.One more dream is shattered
By one more one night stand
And now I lie under sheets of ice
Frozen solid now I am

(Chorus)
But I can’t feel the pain
And I can’t feel the shame
I am numb to the bone
And so cold and all alone

But I can’t feel the pain
And I can’t feel the shame
My heart’s frozen solid
And only a warm hand can heal me

Live For Lovin' You

Written By: Terri Lee

LIVE FOR LOVIN’ YOU

1. Just a drifter- that’s what I was Always reaching for the stars above
Tripping over my own two left feet
‘Til I stumbled into a star right in front of me

2. A heavenly body like I had never seen
A true hero like John Wayne or James Dean
There’s healing in his hand
And I’m feeling so in love with this man-

(Chorus) I’ll live for lovin’ you There is nothing that I would rather do
You illuminate my dreams and they’re all comin’ true
And I’ll live for lovin’ you
3. You’re a cowboy- that’s what you are
Your inner qualities make you a real-life superstar
When I gaze into your eyes I simply melt
With brazen passion like before I have never felt
You are patient and strong
And with you I know that I belong
(Chorus) I’ll live for lovin’ you There is nothing that I would rather do
You illuminate my dreams and they’re all comin’ true
And I’ll live for lovin’ you

(Bridge) Like a stallion running free I never let a man too close to me
‘Cause I need to be respected and understood
I need freedom to express my own creativeness
Now let’s ride off into the sunset- c’mon let’s ride…

(Chorus) I’ll live for lovin’ you There is nothing that I would rather do
You illuminate my dreams and they’re all comin’ true
And I’ll live for lovin’ you

Please Return to Me

Written By: Terri Lee

PLEASE RETURN TO ME

1. What could make the brightest ever candle cease to burn
What could make the finest ever- heart want to turn
To turn away from the greatest love that is known
What has led your heart to turn away from your home

(Chorus)
Won’t you please return to me
And I’ll receive you once again
My arms are still open wide
Don’t you run and hide
Please return to me
Please return to me

2. When can you recall that I have ever let you down
Even through it all, my hand was always to be found
I gave you everything you could have asked me for
So what has led your heart to long for something more

(Chorus)
Won’t you please return to me
And I’ll receive you once again
My arms are still open wide
Don’t you run and hide
Please return to me
Please return to me

Where Will I Go

Written By: Terri Lee

WHERE WILL I GO

1. I knew from the start that the tide was turning
Even though the sun shone brightly that day
I knew in your heart the fire had stopped burning
That's why you left me with nothing to say

(Chorus)
Where will I go now I'm feelin' lonely?
Where will I go now I'm feelin' cold?
I can not see the road before me Even if what was to sparkle with gold

2. What did I do to cause your feeling
So angry inside and longing for more?
You wanted more fun, you wanted more freedom
That's why you left me and walked out the door

(Chorus)
Where will I go now I'm feelin' lonely?
Where will I go now I'm feelin' cold?
I can not see the road before me Even if what was to sparkle with gold

(Bridge) You stole my sun
Now how will I smile again?
When will the rain, wash away me pain?

(Chorus)
Where will I go now I'm feelin' lonely?
Where will I go now I'm feelin' cold?
I can not see the road before me Even if what was to sparkle with gold

Real Love

Written By: Terri Lee

REAL LOVE

1. Goin’ on my own through the years
Feelin’ all alone with the fears
Locked deep inside
Reaching out somewhere to find-

(Chorus)
Real love in my hopeless life
And to feel I don’t have to hide
In guilt and shame anymore
And to be somehow restored

2.Lookin’ for a high I could keep
Knowin’ all the while it would leave
Wanting so much more
Yearning for the day I’d know

(Chorus)
Real love in my hopeless life
And to feel I don’t have to hide
In guilt and shame anymore
And to be somehow restored
