"Terror Bird album review"

You need this album. Seriously. It's awesome wrapped in plastic. Terror Bird is absolute freshness. Indy rock mixed with angst, blended up with a fine misting of psychedelic northwest rock. In the world of the northwest music scene, "I'll Believe..." is a trip down the Avant Garde. Terror Bird's freshman release is a must have for musicians and music fans alike.

Bio

Terror Bird is made up of compositions by Jake Houck, recorded by him, his friends and other musicians. It is performed as a three piece: Guitar, bass and drums.
Jake is a prolific songwriter that works with a fury, having released Terror Bird's first album within a year of the breakup of his previous band, Avery Bell. Within two months of releasing that album Terror Bird had started recording songs for a second album!
Just calling the music rock would lack depth, but indie rock or alternative sound too bland. The music pulls from grunge and punk with riffs that echo Sonic Youth and Nirvana. It also has classic vibes that recall Pink Floyd or Neil Young. Altogether it is a mesh of many musics that intrigue the listener and leaves them wanting more, at the same time satisfying them. To sum, It is a type of bipolar music that pulls from many genres, harnessing the many style meshing capabilities of artists like Beck.
Terror Bird continues to write music, record and play shows, and shows no signs of stopping...
