Bio

Born on May 23, 1987 in Waco, TX, Terry Bluez started rapping in high school where he discovered his love for Hip-Hop with his friends while messing around. First, Terrence received the rap moniker, Tall T, due to his 6’3? stature and popularity of Tall T’s at the time before he later changed his name to Big Trouble and finally Terry Bluez.

Listing rappers from the southern hemisphere such as UGK, Outkast, Chamillionaire, Ludacris and No Limit Records as his musical influences, clearly shows Terry Bluez’s down south Hip-Hop roots. During his short rap career, Terry already opened up major shows for Hip- Hop heavyweights such as Webbie, Dorrough and Big K.R.I.T. with his electrifying and powerful stage presence.

While serving in the US Army as a proud and patriotic soldier, Terry Bluez released his debut mixtape, “Military Minded”, after his first deployment to Iraq in February 2011. Soon after, the dynamic and independent Hip-Hop newcomer unveiled his project, “Ready 4 Trouble” in June 2011. In the second quarter of 2012, Terry Bluez recorded “Military Minded: The 2nd Tour” before being deployed to Afghanistan.

Terry Bluez is a rap phenom who has music running through his veins. Being an US Army veteran who fought in war zones his life and the United States, it’s even more impressive how this up-n-coming Hip-Hop artist handles life and his promising music career.

His clever lyricism, magnetic delivery, efficient wordplay and irresistible personality has already earned him acclaim in America’s biggest and most popular print magazine Hip Hop Weekly. His crisp flows accentuated by his witty lyrics and laid back smooth beats, enlivened by blazing production is what makes Terry Bluez stand out.
