Previous to this EP was the release of her debut single, Someplace, in 2019.
Tessa is also an active member of Nowhere Club, a collective based in Halifax, N.S., and has featured on the first three of the collectives albums.

The music of Tessa Frey is best described as an alternative dreamscape. Her songs wind together soothing vocals, alternative beats and image dense lyrics.
Based out of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Tessa spent much of the 2019-2021 working on her EP, TO HER, released June 28th, 2021.A culmination of three songs, strung together by a theme of sunken, lost love. A tribute to the lonely and the broken-hearted.
the Canadian born artist has been writing and creating since 2015. She attended arts college in British Columbia 2016-2019, where she majored in songwriting and music production.
Driven by they lyrics of those who inspire her, Tessa finds inspiration in artists such as Cautious Clay, Syd, Ben Schneider, and Shennn.
