"Rock Solid"

Energy like electric!!! Testing Ground hails from South Carolina and one can definitely feel the vibrant energy delivered in the hardcore rock sounds emanating from these boyz!

With touches of punk music to hip-hop influences, the musicianship is evident in their song structures and deliveries.

With the ability to take us from straight in your face angered aggression, to heartfelt passion as demonstrated on the "For You" track, Testing Ground is sure to find a solid fan base with the Heavy Metal/Punk generation. Moving into what has to be my favourite of the tracks I had the pleasure to hear, "Time" demonstrates electrifying guitar progressions and solidly smooth baselines which give this band a definitive hardcore groove.

Fire! Hot as hell and ready to rock! Want real, take it whether you like it or not rock and roll? Then you've got to check out Testing Ground. 'Bout to explode on a set near you...

Testing Ground mixes punk, hardcore, metal, rock and roll, reggae and even nuances of hip-hop into their fresh take on today's ever changing face of rock music. Their live show is sweat and song! They pour energy out onto the stage in volumes leaving the crowd wanting more and gasping for breath at the same time! They are a dedicated foursome with the mindset that professionalism does not have to be sacrificed for fun.

After several demo's and countless live shows Testing Ground will see the release of it's first independently released full-length with engineer/producer Pat Casey (Pain In Life, Enable Kain, The Movement) this year! It's 2005 and the boys of TG show no signs of slowing down! With tour plans for Summer and Fall; 2005 should prove to be a pivotal and interesting year for the tenacious foursome that is Testing Ground.
