Feeling a bit camera shy

“Wanna know my story
Wanna know my anthem?”

The story begins in Arkansas, where he was born, Tony Aaron II, and continues in Georgia with the exception of a definitive chapter spent living in Texas with his father; this during his sophomore year of high school. This was also when the versatile rapper earned the nickname "Texas" from an impressed football coach.

“From Marvel, Arkansas to Garland, Texas
Fell in love with Georgia
Grew a little older
Grew a little taller, bout to be a baller
Cause I’m a champion this is my anthem.”

Although the great state of Texas could not contain his many talents, he has maintained its name by shortening it to Tex. At just 20 years old, and representing Georgia, Tex is that fine political candidate identified as one of us. His heart beats to the rhythm of a true music fan relentlessly driven to bring satisfaction to all his constituents. Tex is implicit about not just being a figurehead. As the wunderkind puts it, he's campaigning to be the "People's Champ." Tex is the rare artist whose competitive nature to out do himself, while lapping the competition, beautifully blends with his talent to provide musical sustenance to the masses. His lyrical prowess is vividly illustrated in everything from "Tongue Twisting" to "Chanting", to "EXTREME Wordplay."

"Lyrically, things are simply, as complex as they seem. You feel me?"
