Texas Jack

Texas Jack is roots rock for the new Millennium. Their accessible country grit is professional enough for radio but rough enough around the edges to keep the cool kids coming back for more. Their dark anthems of lost love, lost lives and not-so-happy endings, including their new video “God Forsaken Town” have become a mainstay for Texas Jack fans and will soon be enjoyed by newer fans via CMT and GAC country music channels.

Texas Jack is a band of life-long friends who truly love to make music together. Perhaps nowhere is this more evident than in the release of their new CD “Hymns of the Southern Gothic.”
All songs were written, arranged, produced, and recorded by Texas Jack themselves. The first single released from “Hymns” was the song “ Back To Drinkin’ ” which featured a cameo by Matt Martindale of Cooder Graw on washboard and vocals.
The album has already received airplay in several north Texas and Oklahoma radio stations as well as internet radio stations. It is also a favorite on XM Radio’s Cross Country channel 12 with the CD reaching #13 on the top requested and played albums on the channel on June 1st, 2005.

As for the future, the band is working with a production company to release a concept album and live internet concert called “Psycho Saloon.” This incredible production will then be carried from town to town and reproduced for live audiences. This will truly be a show not to miss!
