The Gambling District

The Gambling District is currently playing shows throughout Ohio. The sound of The Gambling District as been described as " acoustic driven rock", "passionate", "good time rock and roll", and even a little bit of "mainstream emotion." The band has recently discovered the strong support of their family, and friends as inspiration to keep writing the music they love. "we all started this band for one reason, and that is to make good music." There is a lot going on right now for TGD. All four of the guys are attending college and working part time to support themselves and their music. This summer the Gambling District is planning on hitting the road.They will be taking some weekend trips to play out of state shows through out the midwest. Whats next for TGD? We are getting in the studio as soon as possible to get out our first EP. We have just recently been recording and producing our own demos to get our songs to the people. I hope for what they are worth the songs can build some interest to the band. The Gambling District is really just starting to become what they have dreamed of. Eric Clapton once said "If you can do what you love,(play music) and just barely get by. Then that is heaven on earth." We might not become super-stars, but someday we would love to have people sing our songs.
