T.G.O. (The Gifted One)

Born Chaka Balamani in 1977, T.G.O. has become one of the most talented and sought after writers/performers in the Washington D.C., Metro Area. T.G.O. is not only a Rap Artist, but a T.V. Producer and Writer, and a Poet. T.G.O. has already released an independent book entitled "Trying Times of a Poet". T.G.O. has since completed a Demo Rap CD entitled "A Thousand Paths to a Demo", and has one of the largest street followings in the metro area. His Unique sound and flow allow him to take his audience to a new apex in the world of Hip Hop Music. Currently un-signed to any label, T.G.O. has made several guest appearances on local labels underground releases. His most recent recordings are on Hand Over Fist Entertainments "Heavy Armament Vol. 2" Where T.G.O. is featured on several tracks including a Poetry Slam called Free Rap. T.G.O. dynamically addresses the state of the world on the song "Society Struggles", which has received play on satellite radio. T.G.O. is currently working on his Debut Underground Release "Days of Decadence" (The Pale Horse Theory), which is schedule for completion in 2005.
