We recorded our first album "The Genius of Green Street" with our friends at Serr Studio in the summer of 2011, which has been well recieved among the music community and opened up some great opportunities. We feel it shows our diverse influences while still remaining a cohesive album. We can't wait to get back in the studio for round 2 this year!

Thanks to Philo has been blessed to travel and grace the stages of some of Colorado's most popular local venues and bars. We were honored to participate in last years Best of the West contest, sponsored by Red Rocks and Westword Magazine, where we were selected as one of the top 8 bands of 32 chosen in the Denver area. We were also invited to compete in the Colorado Music Buzz's Bandwagon contest where we advanced to the Semi-Finals! We are currently participating in the Rocky Mountain Battle of the Bands where we can't wait to show our fans the new originals we've been cooking up, which we hope to be recording in the studio this spring! Our wide range of influences include Grace Potter and the Nocturnals, Blind Pilot, Black Keys, Led Zeppelin, HoneyHoney, Band of Skulls, Mumford and Sons, First Aid Kit, and State Radio, but the list could go on forever.
