A New Violet

A New Violet is a female fronted Pop Punk Rock Orlando based band.  Their original songs are an eclectic mix of upbeat and infectious pop/rock music. Beth Vandal, front vocalist, singer/songwriter formed the band in 2014, and they released their first single "Memory (Put Back Together)" followed by the release of their music video in October of 2014 Under the band name Summer Day Rescue. Produced by Steven Shea (Abyssmal Entertainment) Featured the Music Video is Hollywood actress Tiffany Dion, and Hollywood actor Micheal Campion (from Fuller House) and the video reflects the social issue of bullying that so many are affected by. It represents the strength we all must muster from within.The name of the band has recently changed to A New Violet. Taking on a more punk rock fun sing along experience for the audience and fans. members Beth Vandal guitar, vocals and percussion. Sean Shred lead guitar and Ryan on Bass . This band fills the air with an exciting performance and catchy tunes

Beth Vandal, a Rhode Island native, has lived in Florida since the age of 12.  She has had over a decade of experience as  a solo, duo and band musician.  Much of her work in various venues has been a positive experience of covers and originals.  Performing at the Abbey in downtown Orlando in the fall of 2012, Beth competed with original songs and won the 2012 Orlando Musician of the Year Awarded by RawArtists.  She has also been featured in Orlando Downtown magazine.  In 2015 two of her songs, Go On and Memory have been played in rotation on several radio stations.  Her music has also been played on Hollywood's Al Walser's top 20 weekly syndicated radio which reaches over 80 stations worldwide. you can find her on youtube @ youtube.com/bethvandal
