Bio
The Capital Why's are a five piece Alternative/Indie Rock band from Tulsa Oklahoma. The band was formed in the summer of 2013 between friends, Drake Walker and Matthew Baker. The Capital Why's infuse edgy Alternative Rock with Poppy radio friendly hooks to broaden their appeal in a mainstream setting. The band currently released their 2nd EP entitled "We Are Not Radio". The 2014 release thus far has received regular radio play on local stations across Oklahoma including Z 104.5 The Edges Home Groan Show. After many months of touring the record around Oklahoma, the band hopes to attract major label attention with the release of their first full length album set to drop next fall
