Bio
The Family Dickens is a Post-1950s Country Punk band from Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. Now residing in the east of England.
The band is comprised of three brothers. Buddy Lee Dickens on Guitar and vocals. Jebediah Dickens on Bass and vocals, and Dick Dickens on drums.
They've been performing together since 2010 but parted ways in 2012 when Jebediah traveled down under. During this time Buddy Lee recorded and released a solo album, entitled Charly Brown, on Love Love records.
In 2018 Jebediah returned to the band and they've since recorded their long-awaited debut album, 'The Shape of Punktry to Come' taking a country spin on The Refused album 'The Shape of Punk to Come'. Which is due to be released later this year.
The brothers have supported Eddie & the Hotrods, Mr B The Gentleman Rhymer, and Beans on Toast to name a few. They are continuously gigging and writing new material for future albums.
