Rev. Jon Goold was struck down by blinding light one night after an evening of drunkenness and debauchery. He then heard a benevolent voice tell him that he was to start the greatest old-timey country western band that no one has ever heard of, and that he should recruit his foolish wife and brothers to join him in this fruitless endeavor. Thus the Handsome Devils were born.
Since the Divine Intervention, the Handsome Devils have been busy saving souls through country music all across the fine city of Hamilton. Rev. Jon writes music for the working man, with an emphasis on heartbreak, soul ache, and good old fashioned drinking, dancing and other such sins. With hearts on their sleeves and beers in their hands, The Handsome Devils will surely put a spring in your two-step!
