The Madd Felon

The Madd Felon, born Cleo J. McDonald 2nd, is a Rapper/Ceo of It'z Whateva Ent. The Bay Area native grew up in the mean streets of Richmond, California; that's where he found his passion for being a rapper, and he begin writing songs at the young age of 13. Sometime during his later teen years he was convicted of a firearm assault and and sentenced to serv 44 months at C.Y.A. ( The CalifornIa Youth Authority), and it is there where he created the moniker "The Madd Felon".

In 2012, The Madd Felon, became a. college graduate earning a Associates Degree in Business Administration. Shortly after graduation he founded his record label It'z Whateva Ent. His roles at the record label deal with Executive Producer, Artist Management, Manager, Song Writer, and Promoter.

The Madd Felon has collaborated with legendary artists like "Philadelphia Freeway", "Messy Marv", and the late "Cougnut", of "IMP". He has also collaborated with rap artist"Smooth N'eight", who is also on the Artist Roster at It'z Whateva Ent. "Smooth N'eight", and "The Madd Felon", are the duo "IweSquad", and they have opened up for headliner acts like "E-40", "J Stalin", "Sage The Gemini", "T Pain", "Waka Flocka Flame" "Too Short", "Tech 9ne", "Iamsu", Nef The Pharaoh and "Philty Rich" just to name a few.
