The Royal Blasphemy

The Royal Blasphemy, was formed in April 2011 in
Lisbon, Portugal, by Tiago (lead vocals and bass
guitar), Jota (drums), Mr. John Cyaegha (guitars) and
Johnny Coroa (guitars and back vocals).

They all come from previous projects, playing in
different bands for more that 10 years.

Since 2011 the band is already counting with more than
70 shows in Portugal and England.

Just in 2014 the band made their first mini tour in
England with 7 dates as headliners, to celebrate the
release of their first EP, Prelude for Idiocrazy. And the
reception by the public couldn't have been better!

Late on that same year, they drop out their next single,
No Future.

The Royal Blasphemy has just finish their long waited
debut double album, Sanatorium:Freedom. This album
is a reaction to this insane moment of the history that
we are living in. It’s all about looking to what is wrong,
it’s about how we feel about it and what we have to do,
not to face it, deal with it and change it, we are the
ones who can do it and restore our lives with peace
and freedom. It’s time to move against the tide, to show
to the world that we don’t live in a big and fake market
but in a real world with real people with real needs. We
want to scream to the world the importance of being
aware and to do something about the world we want to
live in. We want you to scream out loud with us these
words we sing. We are the protesters, we are the
fighters, we are The Royal Blasphemy, we are the
regular revolted people that must change the world,
looking towards a better tomorrow to everyone.
