"This is just what the world needs"

This is dripping with the essence of pure rock 'n roll with an outer coating of southern rock and the blues dipped into the attitude of punk. Let's hope they stay like that, because this is just what the world needs." 8/10 - album review - Powerplay Magazine UK

"Got It Bad - Track of the week - Classic Rock Magazine (UK)"

We rediscovered Belgian rockers The Sore Losers recently, and now we have we can’t get enough of them. New album Skydogs, from which this swaggering, stylish number is taken, taps into hints of Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin and other greats; while still sounding decidedly new and urgent, not old and tired. - Classic Rock UK

"Ones To Watch"

It’s safe to say their new album Skydogs will be a hit, and everyone should listen out for The Sore Losers. Skydogs is out 4 November 2016. - Gigslutz

Bio

Explosive Belgian rockers The Sore Losers released their new album Skydogs internationally on November 4th 2016. Produced by Grammy Award winner Dave Cobb from Nashville, Skydogs was released earlier in the year to huge critical acclaim in Benelux. Recorded in only ten days in Vox Ton Studios in Berlin, Skydogs is The Sore Losers third full-length album. The dirty, blues-rock inspired guitar riffs and gripping vocals of lead singer Jan Straetemans amplify throughout the album, drawing influences from the likes of Led Zeppelin, early Black Sabbath, MC5, The Black Keys, Jack White and The Yardbirds, blended with the energy and attitude of The Ramones.

The Sore Losers have sold-out numerous shows in Benelux, supported The Boss Hoss, White Denim and Kaiser Chiefs through Europe in 2016 and played +50,000 capacity festivals like Rock Werchter, Pukkelpop and Pinkpop.
