Hey Now - First radio single

Still in their childhood both Roger and Kevin; at the age of 5 and 9 began playing with their father at the local church twice a week. Dad’s passion for music carried on and the two boys traveled once a year with the family to play at various churches around North America. Playing and singing music they had created together.

In this time, the head Figueiredo: Carlos continuously poured his musical wisdom and challenged the boys to create, interpret and perform with a purpose. Herein grew the desire to be unique and relevant: to translation emotions, life lessons and experiences to songs with uplifting messages.

While attending their local church Roger and Kevin decided to invest musically into two other guys that unknowingly would become additional members of the 401. The two cousins Steven and Christopher began playing every week in the church alongside Carlos and his boys and in a matter of time they were getting together more often to enjoy a jam sessions.

As their relationship evolved and the jam sessions turned to band practices the guys felt it was time to record a demo which found its way to the ears of A&R people of TGV Productions.

Over the last three years the 401 have worked relentlessly to record their debut album entitled: Songs of Solomon. This time was essential in solidifying their sound and allowing them to focus on the purpose of the 401.

They would claim that this time helped them grow as musicians and become strong as a band. It’s great to play music but better to touch lives. Though these guys seem young in age; only 17 to 21 years they have come along way in knowing what they want to accomplish.
