The 60’s was a tremendously creative decade for pop music. The 45’s will provide you with an authentic 60’s musical experience playing hits that sound just like the original. If you love 60's music, you'll love the 45's.

Biography

It was back in the 60's when Paul, Greg and Pat were first impressed and inspired by the incredible sounds that hit the airwaves of that era. Beatles, Stones, Paul Revere and the Raiders, Kinks, 4 Seasons, Beach Boys, and the list goes on. Throughout the 60's and 70's, the three found themselves together playing the music they loved, regularly performing in Toronto, and throughout Southern Ontario. Then as life goes on, marriage, jobs, and responsibilities were at the forefront of their lives, and the band was left behind.

Decades later, thanks to the magic of reconnecting thru the internet - they are back together - playing the tunes that defined a generation - well crafted songs with great melodies and brilliantly orchestrated harmonies. Those catchy songs that had you wanting to hear more as they always seemed to end so quickly.

With incredibly luck, the three met up with Chris, a multi talented keyboardist who also performs on guitar. Interestingly, Chris had very similar beginnings in the Montreal music scene of the 60's. And as they say, the rest is history!!

Together, they are The 45's and they love the music you love, and do their very best to replicate it accurately. A great deal of thought and talent went into building those monumental hit pop tunes and they readily take up the challenge to do these songs the justice they deserve.

Just having recorded 5 cover tunes for promotion purposes, the band is currently working on their first disc of original material which will be integrated into their live performances.
