The best kept secret in music

Shards of the Minutemen's sound are spiked throughout the new single by St. Louis's Adversary Workers. Glenndonia is not a Xerox by any means, but these guys have a certain way of assembling their active basslines, dynamic guitar lines and rhetorically thick vocals that makes me remember San Pedro's finest. It's political punk far better than most of the stuff that crosses my desk. That's for sure.

This is some terse, dissonant, noisy punk that takes cues from post-punk sounds like Joy Division and The Birthday Party. It reminds me a lot(in execution and delivery, if not in actual sound) of Reactionary 3. Exciting discovery of the month for me! - MaximumRockNRoll 280
These guys play noisy mid paced punk rock. They remind me of lots of 90's post hardcore/punk bands like Nation of Ulysses, Fugazi, and similar bands. It has a sort of chaotic sort of sound that is perfectly mixed with the yelled vocals. This would be liked by fans of art rock and things like that.(europian) - Slug and Lettuce 88
