Here is our story you may need some popcorn. The year was 1985. Destiny in the making. A guitarist from the time he was ten, Ron Plevak met John Wargin- a drummer, athlete, and band nerd since first grade. 2/3 of the future of rock joined forces. It wasn’t until high school that the duo met Andy Holcomb, a Cudahy bass legend. In 1994, the trio united to rock out originals, 80’s metal and beer anthems for the masses. The band Absolute entertained Milwaukee and the college circuit throughout the 90’s. However, before their big break could happen, the band split. John then lent his talents to Suite 13 (Suit 13 played at Summerfest, The Double Door in Chicago, Vnuks, BBC, Globe East}, Andy to Koala (Koala played Summerfest, BBC, Point East pub, Globe East.) and Ron took off on a solo acoustic journey (Ron Played Shank Hall, he open for Junior Brown, Vnuks opened for Brain Vander Ark of the Verve Pipe also played Guitar Bar, hosted open mic at The Rafters). But fate would not be tempted. When local singer Ronnie Nyles needed talented musicians to enhance her live sets, she found Ron. Recalling their tremendous success as youth, he contacted Andy. The chemistry was still legendary, (Played With Ronnie Nyles at Summerfest, Beloit Rock fest Pridefest (opened for Joan Jett,) so in early ’07 the two connected with John for a reunion. The end result is The Albums. The Albums is rocking out in Ron’s mom’s basement on their way to world domination.
