Bio

One of Gospel music's best kept dous. Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, the biological brothers at the ages of 5 and 6, found their eloquent, stirring gift causing amazement in the hearts of listeners. The anointed Psalmist/Songwriters have worked in the gospel music industry for over 20 years. Chris being the older brother is known for keeping the music and
vocals together, as his younger brother Minister Eric gets a quick sermon in. The brothers have shown no
holding back when it comes to celebrating the good news of the gospel. Although they have been labeled
as contemporary artists, they have ministered to the young as well as the more traditional crowds. While they are no strangers to the Gospel recording industry they have managed to share the stage
with some of the world's greatest such as Kim Burrell, the late Rev. James Moore, the late Dr. Mattie Moss
Clark, the Clark Sisters, Karen Clark-Sheard, Dorinda Clark-Cole, Twinkie Clark, Walter Hawkins,
Vannessa Bell-Armstrong, Douglas Miller, ShirleyCeasar, Donald Lawrence and the Tri-City Singers, Kirk Franklin, God's Property, Sounds of Blackness, Rev. "Mr. Clean" White, Ted and Sherri, Tonex, Stevie Wonder, Destiny's Child - Beyonce Knowles, Kelly Rowland, and Michelle Williams, Erica Badu, Tank, Earth Wind and Fire, John P. Kee, Kelly Price, Beverly Crawford, Darryl Coley, and many, many more. The Brothers have received numerous accolades including 3 Texas Gospel Music Awards. in 1989, the brothers received the Dallas Grammy Award for "Best Gospel Duo." In 1991, Chris and Eric were cast in the play "Tell Pharoah" which was sponsored by the Black Academy of Arts and Letters, Inc. in Dallas, TX. Also "Mama Don't”, "A Mother's Love", and Kathryn & Dion Hood’s Production of “Please Save Me I’m Lost.”They have also performed at the Vision Awards. They have also traveled to the Caribbean Island (Barbados) with Dr. Bobby Jones and toured London England. Ladies and Gentlemen, we give you Chris and Eric Andrews, better known as "The Andrews Brothers."
