The Android Meme is a Toronto band with a fresh sound. I'd describe them as electronic-tinged prog rock, accessible and far from boring.
I could post a video, but what I really want to do is direct you towards their website. They'll instruct you there as to the different ways in which you can access their EP. I think you'll be glad you did.
Also, they're currently working on a full length with a guy named Matthew Wagner. He's the drummer/vocalist for Alpha Galates, plus he's done work with bands like Ubiquitous Synergy Seeker (USS) and Crystal Castles. Yes, I'm very interested to see what he and the band will come up with.

In a world overcome by organized systemic chaos, the lines between truth and political theatrics blur in a steady violent haze. Humanity is forcefully divided and strategically eroded by commercial self-interests, propagating a Western society that is being steered into madness.
Despite this pre-apocalyptic reality, a desperate hope remains in the information war that seeks to confuse and battle for our minds. The Android Meme recorded its debut EP at Signal 2 Noise Studios in Toronto with veteran engineer Rob Sanzo who has worked with many successful bands such as Bedouin Soundclash, Joydrop and Sum41, to name a few. The Android Meme is currently recording songs for its upcoming LP with producer/musician Matthew Wagner of Toronto-based band Alpha Galates (EMI). Matthew brings years of experience to the table and has worked with successful bands such as Crystal Castles, The Dunes, Exit to Nowhere, and Ubiquitous Synergy Seeker (U.S.S.).
Combining its infectious sound with a powerful penchant for live performance, The Android Meme accentuates their music with seductive theatrics while creating an intense, hypnotic concert experience.
