The Antecedents are a rock band from Portland, Oregon striving to create diverse music, which is both distinct and moving. Their music includes catchy pop-rock songs with a punk, political, literary edge, contemplative lyrical storytelling, apocalyptic ballads and poetry interpreted as indie rock.
