What Can I Say About My Sophomore album "The Pursuit" Its definetly been a long time coming... This album's been on my heart since I started working on my First Album "The Narrow Road LP". Everything was going so fast in early 08. I graduated College, Finished the Album and Joined the Navy. After 2 straight bootcamps ( 1 in Chicago and 1 in DC) I finally stated working on what is now "The Pursuit".
That brings me to the concept of "The Pursuit". Everyone is in Pursuit of something, whether it be money, sex, fame, love, peace, fun or whatever. I always have been a big fan of Love, its a rare and beautiful thing! Ive always loved smooth music dealing with the topic of Love... Sam Cooke, Luther, Musiq,etc. So I felt like I should put together a project with that theme... and here it is! When you actually get the Cd youll notice that it takes you from first meeting someone your interested in all the way till Marriage and everything in between.
