"Things picked up exponentially when THE BAD HANDS took stage."

Things picked up exponentially when THE BAD HANDS took stage. They’re described as being a Chicago blues style that blend everything from funk to southern rock. They’re a younger group with the jeans, tee shirts and leather accents that made for great eye candy to enhance the seriously solid jams they played. If I were selecting for a talent search, they’d move on to the next round for sure.

Bio

Great music can really take you for a ride. THE BAD HANDS become the vehicle, shift the mood and thats the way they roll! THE BAD HANDS are a group of top shelf musicians known for their incredible live performances. Generations collide in a fireball of twin guitars (Mike Gallemore and Joe Bee). Also in the band is world class harmonica player Mike Foli along with a rock solid rhythm section consisting of Jim "Poppa dukes" Benedetti on drums and Steve Mahady on bass guitar. THE BAD HANDS are one of the best blues rock lineups out of New Jersey and deliver a dynamic, high energy show. These players pride themselves in their dedication to THE MUSIC. They pledge to honor their blues roots while blending soul, funk, fusion and jam band influences to create a sound all their own. THE BAD HANDS just recently opened up for blues legend Johnny Winter at Centenary College's "Blues Bash 2013".
