The Trip, an Australian trio are fresh off 2 performances at NYC's 'CMJ Music Marathon' and showcases in LA.
The band are best known for their amazing live performances and quirky
personalities.
They have recently brought the game of frisbee back to the forefront of people’s
minds with the video for their song “On The First Time.” It’s been so popular that it has been
played on Australian video outlets such as Rage, Channel V and Music Max. The Trip won the
Rock Artist of the Year award at MusicOz and their single was fifth most added to commercial
radio in Australia.
The band, which includes Wes Roy (drums/vox), Chad Kendrick (guitar/vox) and Marco
Yellin (guitar/vox), continues its success with their recent signing to NYC based label
Ok! Good Records. The deal, garnered by A&R Worldwide, puts The Trip in a position to present
their music to the global community in a big way.
