Bio

The Bryan Durieux Project is a 4-piece Alternative/R&B/Soul band based in the Bronx, New York. Initially, the project started out as a solo venture for Bryan Durieux (Vocals/Guitar). However, after reconnecting with his cousin Marques Durieux (Bass), the two combined their talents and set forth performing and playing shows together. As time went on the band grew with members from other projects that both Bryan and Marques were apart of: Jordan Lee Rivera a very artistic and expressive drummer, and Chris Kilcullen a soulful rock and roll guitarist who both originally played with Marques in the band The Drop Out Record. The Bryan Durieux Project was formed based off how well each member vibes with each other, and it's that vibe they bring to the stage every performance. They competed in the 2014 Battle of The Boroughs, making it to the semifinals and placing in the Top 5 in their borough. They have performed at numerous venues in NY and NJ; Rockwood Music Hall, Arlene's Grocery, Brickhouse Brewery, and Crossroads just to name a few. They also have been performing acoustically on a artist showcase tour called the Dean's List Tour which is a college tour that travels to different colleges, universities, and high schools across the country. With the recent release of their debut album "Living With Other Things", The Bryan Durieux Project is looking to solidify their place on the music scene while also sharing the vibe that created the band with their listeners.
