"Current Magazine.. It aint the best but hell its a write up..."

If you’re looking for good ol’ rock ’n’ roll and country blues, you could do a lot worse than the Billy Kiesel Band. “I have a killer B3 organ player [Scott Burns] and a great harp player [Matt Harpman] as well,” - Enrique Lopetegui

"Texas Music Coalition"

BILLY KIESEL is a 16-yr. old talent in the Texas/Country Music field (with an amazing voice!) and will be one of our guest performers at the upcoming TMC Fundraiser at Floore’s Country Store on Nov. 2nd. He’s a “triple threat” --- vocalist, guitar player and songwriter.

Bio

Billy Kiesel is a singer song writer out of the San Antonio area. At 24, he has been cutting his teeth playing live music for close to ten years now. With a touch of a retro feel mixed with a fueling Texas rockin' beat, his band is sure to capture your attention from the word go. With over a hundred songs under his belt, you are sure to relate to a few if not all. His band mimicks the sound of a freight train chooglin' pass your window late at night. You can hear influences in his words and songs ranging from Billy Joe Shaver to John Prine to the late great Doug Sahm. He wears San Antone like a badge, "I'd rather breathe the dirty downtown air than to be mixed somewhere out in the country, San Antone is a world all it's own. And its my world." B. Kiesel

Billy Kiesel can also perform an acoustic show that rocks.
